F.A.Q.’s

How do we book you?

Drop me an email at [email protected] and let’s chat. Once we’ve made sure we’re a perfect fit I ask for a retainer to reserve (due at the time of signing the contract) the date in stone. I’ll cover this with you when we Skype, chat, etc.

Do you edit the digital files?

Every delivered image is edited in both color and black and white. I am a sucker for black and white so this way you get the best of both worlds.

How many images do we receive?

This varies depending on amount of guests, interaction, length of day, etc. I’m a huge believer in quality over quantity – if you’d like to see a complete gallery for an example simply ask.  Most weddings receive 300-750 images.

What’s your style of shooting?

My style is equal parts documentary and editorial. Most of the day I love being a fly on the wall and documenting beautiful moments. I also have a huge passion for creating editorial style portraits. I have no set formula I shoot with – every wedding is approached with clear eyes and a full heart.

Do you travel for weddings?

Most of my weddings are outside of my home base of Springfield, Missouri. Having shot weddings and assignments in over 25 states and abroad, you can be sure traveling to your big day will be a breeze. Most of my weddings end up getting a custom quote in the booking process so let’s chat more about details.

Do you shoot work outside of weddings?

Of course - I also travel for editorial and commercial projects.  I’m available internationally for commissions - contact for details.

How about engagement sessions?

Yep - I’m looking for creative couples that are ready to collaboratie on sessions that show who they are.  Contact for details.

Are you on social media?

Sure am. I tend to use Instagram the most if you’re interested in following along.

How long does it take to receive our images?

My contract says within six weeks but more often than not its 2-3 weeks.

How do you deliver your images?

I deliver my high-resolution images through a digital download.  This allows your to see them as soon as they are done uploading on my end.

What gear do you use?

I use prime lenses (35mm, 50mm , 85, mm and 200m) and Canon cameras
